Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Administrator to join our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Sales orders are processed on a timely basis and ensuring that all equipment ordered is delivered and invoiced within forecasted month.
- Developing a thorough understanding of both Baan and of the Crown product range.
- Dealing with enquiries generated from the Sales force and keeping customers informed on delivery dates.
- Processing orders received from the Sales force, and booking the order onto Baan. Ensure the specification is correct and approved by the Manager. Ensure Baan order procedures are complied with.
- Raising invoices, and arranging delivery of equipment to customers in a timely manner. Ensure that the Salesmen are kept aware of delivery times and that installation information is issued to the Service Department.
- Progressing Crown factories and external suppliers to ensure delivery times are met. Raising paperwork to ensure trucks are put through the workshop and that transport is arranged for delivery. Ensure that all Baan procedures are complied with.
- Handling and resolving enquiries generated from the field. Ensuring Salesmen provide finance documents and liaise with other departments within the branch. Supporting the Sales Administration Manager in the running of the department.
- Preparing Sales Back Orders report for manager approval. Ensuring that forecasted delivery dates are maintained. Passing enquiries onto the Sales team in a timely manner.
- Raising and maintaining correct files and paperwork for each order received. Ensuring that the sales file is complete prior to delivering the truck and passing to the service desk.
